Single cheeseburger and Arnold Palmer

I met up with a couple of old friends from high school for lunch at Shake Shack on the Upper West Side.  The original one is literally a shack in Madison Square Park and has been extremely popular since it first opened.  The line was so long that the owners installed a video camera, aka the Shack Cam, one day showing a live feed of the line so you can check how long the wait is from your computer and plan accordingly.  That was the first year it opened in 2004.  In the last couple of years, they have expanded into brick and mortar stores all around the city as well as some cities in other states and even in the Middle East!
